How many pets can I have?
We allow 2 pets per apartment.
Are there any breed or weight restrictions?
There are no weight restrictions. Some breed restrictions apply. Please call the office for breed restriction list.
Is there a pet fee or pet rent?
Yes. There is a one time pet fee of $200 and $25 per month per pet. ($50 for 2 pets)
